First of all, I am not really fat :)
My weight was about 52-53 kg. But I ate really a lot... I liked junk food, desserts were my passion. No workout at all... Everybody asked me what is the secret, but my usual answer were that I am witch and kept eating a lot...
I detected something is wrong about me, when I was staying in the bus, and I needed to hold the handrail for 15 mins. My musculus in arms were painful for few days...
My weight started growing to 54kg, and it was very close to 55... I was scared and I asked my friends what to do.
They recommended me many different ways. I mixed them, brought the the best, added something from my own and got the good way to loose weight.
There are nothing what you, guys, don't know.
A strong diet plus workout.
One friend of mine told me about protein diet with hard workout on the morning before first eating. It was my start.
I combined it with FitBit application for iPhone. It's good application to find number of calories in the food eaten and exercises done. I chose there the hardest diet. I guess, it means the maximum activities per day and minimum calories in the food. You can compare activities to each other to find the most suitable for you. The same about food. I found that rice has more calories than chicken breast. Good one to eat just chicken. Chicken contented a lot protein as well as eggs and dairy food.
My first days's diet contented low fat cottage cheese, bowled chicken breast and eggs. I ate some fruits and nuts then. Then, I added fish and others food. But everything should be under the limit of my calories per day, it's my rule. You can see food eaten by me on the FitBit website.
And workout, of course. My favorite is rope jumping, it's burn more calories than running. But running is also one of the best solution. I like jumping because there are no need to go somewhere, it's easy to do at home. And you can do it few times per day. I like exercises as well. I do like swimming, but I hate that swimwear are at my bathroom in day to dry after. So find what you like but don't forget to check how it burn calories, maybe it's better to do something else. It was the second rule.
The rule number three is do not eat during 3-4 hour before going to bed. Try to eat less but often. Remember nuts has fat. Prefer protein to carbohydrates.
I'm loosing 200-300g per day used this way. But I'm not nutritionist or sort of, so I'm not recommend anyone my way. I am just describing my diet.
